Creating Shell Element in Multiphysics for Transient analysis at high temperatures

Hi I'm modelling the behaviour of a sandwich panel which consists of two thin metall sheets, about 0.6 mm thick and it's filled with rockwool. I need to expose it to high temperatures, above 1000 C and analyze the deformation, stress etc. I modelled both the rockwool and the metal sheets with the Solid 226, and layered the sheets. My question is now, is it enough to model the sheets as shells, since there are no shell elements in the cooupled field analysis? Where can I get the Information on how to approch a Shell by Solid Elements?
