How to analyse the dynamic response of rail clip?

I want to analyse the dynamic response of rail clip in fastening system assemblage. The rail clip will be considered as solid. How can I do it ( how to add the toe load and how to simulate the preload)?. The fastening system I want to use is Vosloh models.
