My account cannot start "New Discussion" when I tried to insert image.

I am still unable to insert image with error:
studentcommunity.ansys.com says
Sorry an error occured
I checked it. Yes, we can not insert images. We will let our IT team know about this.

Ansys customers with active commercial software licenses can access the customer portal and submit support questions. You will need your active account number to register.
