Hi @prajput ! The maximum displacement of the particles from their equilibrium position is known as the amplitude, while frequency is the number of complete vibration cycles a particle completes in a unit time. Hope this is helpful.
A simple example to add to the previous answer is the guitar. When you strum a different string, the pitch of the sound produced changes (i.e. frequency changes) but the loudness is approximately the same (i.e. same amplitude). But when you connect the guitar to an amplifier, the loudness or volume increases (i.e. amplitude of the sound wave increases).
