Twin Builder - ROMs

in Systems
Hello,
How do Reduced Order Models (ROMs) work in Twin Builder? I'm trying to understand the capabilities of Twin Builder.
Thank you!

Hello @Kalyan Goparaju
Twin Builder works with Ansys' physics-based simulation tools to generate reduced order models for efficient system level predictions. You should be able to use Ansys structural, fluids, electromagnetics, and semiconductor products to model mechanical assemblies, actuators, thermal networks, hydraulics, and so on. 3D ROMs can be created on Ansys WorkBench and imported to Twin Builder. These ROMs are able to provides results with accuracy very close to what is provided by the 3D physics solvers in CFD and FEA.
Hello @Kremella
Thank you for helping me understand these capabilities. Where can I find tutorials on this?
Thank you.

Here is a video on how Reduced-Order Models can be used in real-time. Hope this helps.

Thank you!
Hello@Kremella , for ROM to be fed into twin builder. Which analysis should I perform in ANSYS fluent? whether I must go with Static analysis or Transient Analysis?
Hello,
To create ROMs in Fluent, you will need to perform steady state analysis only. We cannot build ROMs based on transient analysis.
Please see the Fluent documentation (Chapter 35: Creating Reduced Order Models (ROMs))
Thank you.
