How can I Patch Initialise a Fluent Simulation on the Cloud?

Hello, I have two questions: 

1. If I setup a Fluent simulation and use the TUI to change the 'poor-mesh-numerics' settings, then export a case file, will it save these poor mesh numerics settings? I would then read the case file into a Fluent standalone and run on the Cloud. 

2. How can I patch initialise my solution? Submitting to the Cloud seems to initalise the flow.

    To be sure that the TUI commands are taken into account, it would be better to create a simple journal file and to run Fluent in the Cloud through the CLI.
