For Thermal-Electric, how can i write in compound material such as silicon oxide for simulation ?

Hello, I am working on a project measuring heat generated through a system. I'm using the Thermal-Electric mode of the new ANSYS software for the first time. I am trying to identify the materials, like Gold and oxides for my simulations. For engineering Data, I wrote in a compound like silicon oxide but it didn't recognize the material (like providing data similar to data of other materials, like Au).

I

s there are tutorial or procedure for the ANSYS workbench 21 software? I ask because I found manual for 17/18 software's.
