I am the ANSYS Support Coordinator (ASC) for my university. How do I change my status to reflect that?

Thank you. BTW, two more feedback:
(1) I had problem designating me as ASC when I registered for the forum. The error was: The field Comment must be a string with a minimum length of 2 and a maximum length of 5.
(2) I did not get a notification from the site that you have replied to my post even though I had turned that on.
