How to subtract surface from body. URGENT PLEASE!
Hi there,
I need to subtract my kayak model (surface, shell) from a body (envelope) to do CFD analysis, but I can't do it in Design Modeler. Could you please help me? Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance!
Close the opening in the Kayak surface model and you can sew the surfaces together to form a solid, then you can subtract it from the fluid domain.
Dear Peter,
could you tell me how could I do that? What I've got now is the surface.
Thanks in advance.
@manmorcan
In SpaceClaim, select the edges of the opening, then click the Fill button. Do you have access to SpaceClaim?
In DesignModeler, use Concept, Surfaces from Edges. Then Create, Body Operation, Type = Sew, Create Solids? = Yes.
Thank you!!
Yes, you have to create the surface from "Cocept" ---> Create a surface from edges (or sketches) and then substract.
