Computer outside of the network unable to connect to the licensing server


I am Juan, from the Hyperloop Team at the University of Toronto. We've been trying to connect some of our students computers to our licensing server but the connection fails. We've tried:

Port forwarding

Disabled the firewall and allow remote access

This is the error when trying to telnet for ports 2325 and 1055:

    Hi Juan,

    This is a networking issue in the infrastructure level, you will have to seek help from your network IT team. Normally for machines outside network, your network IT should setup VPN and provide to users, so they can have access to the network.
