Temperature difference of -800 °C in Mechanical

Hi everyone, I'm studying a 2D axisymetric composite tube (ceramic fiber and metal matrix). In order to check my results, I have some numerical results where the difference in temperature is -800°C.

I'm actually obtaining the same results, but my issue is putting a temperature of the composite equal to -778°C (cooling the composite from 22°C to -778°C, resulting in a deltaT of 800°C).

Obviously it is impossible to achieve that temperature and I would like to set my "zero temperature" to 822°C or something like that to considerar a temperature of the composite of 22°C and get the same results.

I tried to change that in Engineering Data.

But it didn't work out...
