If I have a singularity in my simulation, then I use a bi-linear material, inevitably the maximum stress point will converge due to hardening, right? But how do I know if the whole model is well modeled, and are the other tensions a good representation of the real situation?

Hi @Leonardo12 , why do you mean by "well modeled"? If you are referring to whether the simulation represents reality, this is more like an engineering judgement and there are some guidelines on that. Search for "verification and validation of FEA" in Google will help.
