Random vibration of container frame
I want to do a random vibration analysis of container frame made from square welded tubular steel. The goods are tightly inserted inside the container frame using EPS foam. The total weight of the goods is 2 tonnes. The container frame is fixed on truck floor by cables. Input PSD for the simulation is taken from MIL-STD-810 G for composite wheeled vehicle. The problem is how to modeling the mass of the goods inside the container and how to apply boundary condition in three cases: vibration in vertical, transverse and longitudinal directions. Shoul I use distributed mass or point mass? How to apply boundary condition in this simulation? Thanks in advance!
