Editing Comment is broken

Some slip of the mouse left this comment in an odd state where I cannot edit the content.

I can't see the text that is there and I can't enter any new text. I have time to edit, but no ability.

The text box to edit the content is missing. What went wrong?

Even I cannot able to see your text. Shall I delete and post a new discussion ?

@peteroznewman I can't edit in that thread but can here. I did wonder if opening the thread with the username was the issue but it's not. We'll keep an eye out to see if it's more widespread.
