Hello, I'm trying to model a pedestrian walkway in the 2020R2 ACADEMIC , but it has generated this error. I cannot detect my error or if the error is due to a problem with the license. I would like a help, I need to do this analysis for a college work.

Ansys staff can not download images/files on the student portal, so if you want to reach a larger audience to get answers from, please insert the images inline.
One way is to check the solve.out file for more specific errors.

This error can occur if the Project is saved to a network drive or OneDrive folder.
Save the project to a local folder i.e C:\test and see if the solver runs properly.
