Hi, We recently moved our license server to a new physical location with a new IP address. How do we modify the license and add the new IP address?
You'll either need to contact your Sales Rep or there's a form on the Customer Portal which a coordinator will need to fill out. Moving the licence manager is fairly simple (remember to point everything to the new location) it's the licence key you need to talk to us about.
Ansys customers with active commercial software licenses can access the
