I have downloaded the free Ansys version 2020 R2. Unfortunately my toolbox is not filled.
No improvement after some deinstallations and new installations.
Can you please help me? Thank you
@Verena11 Can you please check for the existence of the environment ANSYSLI_ELASTIC on your machine and remove it if it does exist?

@Mdawg97 You only have version 19.5/2019R3 installed. Have you followed instructions for renewing the license for that version? If not, please search for the post with license renewal instructions.
HI, I installed ansys student 2020 R2 in my system and i get this error "An unknown operation requested." and ther eis no toolbox for me. I cleared all the files in my system and reinstalled but i am not able to find the toolbox. I also tried resetting the workspace layout too. Can you please help me. I am stuck
@niteshyerra Can you share the full output of the install.log and install.err file if they exist in the Ansys installation directory? It would by default be C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc.
@Verena11 Can you share a copy of the text of student.lic file that should reside at C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\Ansys Student\Shared Files\Licensing? Can you share a screenshot of that directory?
