Xilla Model for Polymer Membrane
Hello friends
I just want to apologize for my English. My problem is the following, I got the data from the Serge Ferrari polymer membrane with a fabric backing:
Warp modulus, Ew = 900 kN/m
Fill modulus, Ef = 930 kN/m
Poisson’s ratio warp-fill, νw-f = 0.68
Poisson’s ratio fill-warp, νf-w = 0.48
При этом я не могу задать эти данные так как их нужно задать в Па (kN/m2). Как можно задать такие значения в Ansys WB или их нужно преобразовать?

At the same time, I cannot set these data as they need to be set in Pa (kN / m2). How can such values be set in Ansys WB or do they need to be converted?
Yes, you have to convert it to Pa. Once you do that, take a look at an Orthotropic Elasticity material model.
You would assign the warp direction to one axis, say the X-axis, and the fill direction to another direction, say the Y-axis.
You will have to decide on a stiffness in the Z direction. I think Poisson's ratio goes into the XZ and YZ cells for the Warp and Fill directions. You will have to decide on an XY Poisson's Ratio.
You also have to make up values for Shear Modulus and you will find there are equations that limit acceptable values.
I offer this as something for you to investigate. I haven't done any research into how to make a fabric material model. Perhaps someone else will offer a suggestion.
Thank you, I considered the Orthotropic Elasticity model, but it does not suit me, and I also found an article that says that this material is well described by Xilla's fluidity. I don't have 3 axis data. Yes, and the second problem is how to convert my values to kN / m2

It would help to know how they define these property values. Please reply with a link to the product line that you are trying to model.
