Regarding Ansys Fluent drag and lift forces

Hi all

I am doing bridge modeling and computing hydrodynamic forces. Is it possible to get force distribution graphs from the ANSYS outputs? Not just a single value averaged over the whole section, but the actual force values in each cell of the mesh? Thanks P.S: I am using student license from my university.
