What is the meaning of via system coupling in wall boundary condition?

Hey guys. need help here because i have been confused a lot in system coupling in ANSYS Fluent. i was going to couple my fluid model in fluent into steady state thermal. so i set the wall boundary condition for thermal to via system coupling.

Then, there is an input there which is the heat generation rate. so i was confused, does the heat generation rate is coming from the fluid or coming from the outer region??

Really need your help!!

Heat generation is if you want to add (or remove) heat into the model through a coupled wall. A common reason for using it would be a thin heating jacket in a wall to prevent a pipe from freezing: it's thin enough we don't want to use a solid zone but we do want to include the thermal source.
