How to change element types in ansys explicit dynamics

Hello everyone!

So I've been trying to change element types in my Ansys simulations but can't find a way to,

I understand there are many different element types like shell 163 (based on a paper i read recently) but i am unsure on how to check what element types i have when i mesh my structure using default settings

How do i check what kind of elements i have and how do i change it?

Note that Explicit Dynamics requires Linear elements and cannot use Quadratic elements.

How do I check what elements were assigned?
