Workbench works fine but Electronics Desktop dont works same server...
@redurates This is typically due to the port for ansyslmd not being open on the firewalls of the license server. Please have the person managing the license server add a firewall exception for ansyslmd. If they need to add the exception based on port rather than exe, they may need to set it to a static port by adding PORT=XXXXX on the VENDOR line of the license file, where XXXXX is the port they desire to use and open on the firewall.
