ProEngineer won't import all parts in assembly

Hi everyone,

I am pretty new in the forum, i hope it is the correct place to ask.

When i import geometry from Creo 3.0 to Ansys 18, some parts won't appear. In addition, when i upload the geometry again, the contacts crashes.

What should i do?
