Request License

Hi, I am using Ansys student version R1. I finished meshing and I click on "set up". When it opens the window, this message pops up " No license is available at this time". Any idea what is going on?, Thanks-Habib

What happens if you request the licence? @mmadore if request doesn't work or give a sensible error any comments?

I'd say close FLUENT and send the full output of the %TEMP%\.ansys\licdebug.FLUENT.201.out and %TEMP%\.ansys\licdebug.FLUENT_SOLVER.201.outfiles.

where are these two files. I searched them and no such files show, thanks.

@habibnejad01 Try going directly to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\.ansys The .ansys directory is hidden so you may need to change your view to show hidden files and folders.
