Trouble with license server

Hey, I hope anyone can help with this.

I've just installed the studente version 2020 R2 but this windows shows up.

@cesarcht10 Open CMD Prompt then enter the command

move "%appdata%\ansys" "%appdata%\ansys.old"

Does this help ?

If not, in CMD Prompt, enter the command

set

and post the output of it here.
