@Debapriya I don't understand your question. You would see your available licenses in the License Management Center, on the license server machine, unless you are using ANSYS Student licenses. If using Student, you won't use the License Management Center.
Ansys customers with active commercial software licenses can access the
customer portal and submit support questions. You will need your active account number to register.
