Import .cdb file from Hypermesh into Workbench interface

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with importing file issue.

I had meshed a model by Hypermesh, exported it in .cdb format.

I also had read a bunch of topics which is similar to this issues, they said that i had to tried'External model' in WB 2019.2 but it did not work out.

So, my questions are: How could i import .cdb file properly into WB interface? And Which steps should i do?

You will have to use External Model to read the model into Mechanical

You can turn off "create geometry" and see if it helps

You have mentioned that it did not work out. What is the process you are using. What is the error message you are getting?
