Ansys license manager error

I am getting below error while giving background run in Ansys mechanical. Foreground run is working fine. Earlier both background and foreground runs ware working fine.

@ashwinpatil it appears you have an account for the ANSYS Customer Portal, are you able to login and create a Service Request? You'll receive the most direct support through a Service Request as more details may be necessary than can be shared on the forum.
@mmadore yes i do have account for Ansys customer portal. I will create service request for this.
