Do I need all three;

Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2017 Version 15.0 (including the MS C++ compiler),

Intel C++ 2019.3.203 and

Intel Visual FORTRAN 2019.3.203 compilers,

or I am alright with the Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2017 Version 15.0 (including the MS C++ compiler), only?

I am not getting Intel C++ or Fortran as referred. Has anyone managed to access thse two from Intel, if you can share the link that will be very helpful.

I would be also obliged, if you have access to some training material on linking the coded files.
