Ansys 2021 R1 starts to load then stops. Possible issue at C:\WINDOWS\System32\ucrtbase.dll

I have had Ansys 2021 R1 working up until the weekend. Since then it has stopped. When starting the workbench it start to load and says that it is Initializing Licensing but then stops.


I have reinstalled Ansys twice. I have updated the graphics drivers. I have removed a windows security update that was automatically updated at the weekend. I have updated SDK. I still cannot get it to load.


On the Task Manager you can see it as an active app then it disappears


Looking at the Event Viewer the details that are there are:
