Black screen when clicking results

I was having an issue with ANSYS Workbench and I'm not sure why. I
started Fluid Flow (fluent) within ANSYS workbench and got through the
Solution step. However, when I click the Results step, I get a black
screen. This issue started with the new 2021 ANSYS

Please Update Graphic Card Driver and check again.
it is a vm and the display adapter is the microsoft basic display adapter and I just tried and it said it is up to date.
It might be the card isn't suitable for the software if it worked for earlier versions of the code. Moving to Installation: use the search function as you're not the first to have this problem and it's been answered before too.
hello, I just tried 3 different searches. Ansys 2021 black screen, Ansys 2021 graphics not working and ansys 2021 fluent results not showing and nothing has come up. everytime it says no results. what should i be searching for
