    Are you working in Mechanical?

    Under Analysis Settings, turn on Auto Time Stepping.

    Turn on Large Deflection.

    That should allow more that 1 iteration per substep, which is normal. You must have changed it to go away from that setting.

    sir i was working on solid 65 so i think i should not turn on large deflection.

    another error are now coming too
