Multizone mesh problem with shared topology

Hi,

I am trying to mesh a pipe assembly.

When not applied shared topology multizone meshing is successfull

But to avoid non conformal meshing i want to use shared topology

But after applying shared topology in spaceclaim the following error encountered.

If i try to mesh one part only the following error message is encountered

This kind of deformed mesh is generated

I am using the following mesh setting

Request help to sort out the problem.

Hello @Ayan,

Try setting mesh based defeaturing to on and set a tolerance greater than the minimum edge size. You my also try inserting local edge sizing control. I would suggest you remove the small steps in your model using spaceclaim. They are trivial and removing them will make it easier to get a good mesh.
