Recommended number of output points

Id like to ask, what is the recommended amount of output points for a given simulation, previously I set it to 200 & 300 and realise that the peak stress in both results are different.

ive ran a few simulations for the last few days and plotted stress-time curves and have determined the optimal amount of output points for my Stress-time curve!
