Averaging of loaded external force over mesh face area

I have an external list of forces to apply to each node of my mesh. I would like to normalize these values against the mesh face area in the vicinity of the node. Is it possible to directly generate values like these in ANSYS work bench? If not, are there any ways of efficiently extracting the each element face area so that I can perform this calculation outside ANSYS. It would great if I can have the ACT code to access this property.
