Error when opening and closing Ansys Student Mechanical Applications

Using Ansys Student Software, after a failed simulation and program crash, now when opening Mechanical it presents the following errors:
1st error on opening -
2nd error on opening -
Text in Portuguese:
Error: 'actConsolePane' is nule or isn't an object
Source: Error in execution time of Microsoft JScript
And then it opens but doesn't work properly...
After that when closing this erros apears:
3rd error on closing -
Text in Portuguese:
Error: 'panActionSink' is not defined
Source: Error in execution time of Microsoft JScript
I have tried to uninstall and re-install and it didn't help. Any help?

What version are you running?
Try the following:
Exit all ANSYS Programs.
Navigate to:
%Appdata%\Ansys
You should see a directory: v20# (Corresponding to your version)
rename this directory to *.old Ex: if v202, rename to v202.old
Try running again.
