Use Sweep Bias Type in meshing

Dear all,

I am using ANSYS Fluent release 19.2 and this is my geometry:

For meshing, I am using Sweep method and in the sweep direction I wanted to use the Bias option but I do not know how to use it, when I used it, see below the values I am used.

There is an error on the mesh.

Any recommendation?
