AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem/Ansys 2020R2 getting crashed

Hi all,

In the Ansys 2020R2 mechanical window , Every time i click for example Mesh or some results i get this message " AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem". Its getting crashed and when i click OK mechanical window getting closed.

Here is the error from Event logger:

I have installed all the ansys prerequisites, deleted temp files, renamed in %appdata% directory. The other older ansys versions work fine on that machine, only issue with 2020R2. Kindly help me with a to fix this issue.
