s21 increasing problem

i just simulated taper waveguide.

But i have a problem because at certain frequency, s21 increased to about 3db.

Is it possible?

I don't know why this is happening.

Is it a setting error or a simulation error on hfss?

insufficient mesh density. add more passes and reduce convergence DeltaS. Set the solution frequensy, or add another setup frequency just above the resonance

It looks like the simulation setting error. Please check your design thoroughly and try simulating it again.
