Is there any method to find the average temperature of solid and liquid phase separately (PCM melt)

 have made numerical analysis of a PCM storage unit, to find the over all stored energy , it is needed to find the average temperature of solid and liquid phase PCM separately. Can i get these values from Post CFD (Fluent results )
