Why same option of meshing giving two different result?

Hello sir

I used edge sizing and try to get the quad elements on two thin surfaces. Why I am getting two different results for the same options.

Sides have meshed with equal dimensions. This is two surfaces above and below of the same body.

On left image, it can be clearly seen that opposite edges do not have same no. of divisions. So it is creating unstructured quad. On right hand side it is structured quad due to same no. of divisions.

Please check Face Meshing option in meshing. Please go through help manual for more details

Yes by seeing, it looks like that edge does not mesh but it is. Please observe the side edge there it has meshed properly.

Please check no. of divisions on each edge.
