If you look at s21 in the figure below, there are several resonance components.
however, if the simulation is performed at 83.9GHz, the corresponding resonance component disappears.
Is it a matter of hfss simulation process? or setting problem?
Can you provide the details regarding the sweep type that you are using?
Also, try solving at other marker frequencies and see if you can replicate the result.

I use interpolating type when i simulate!
And the resonance component did not disappear when proceeding at different frequencies.
May I know whether the adaptive meshing converged?
Try simulating with a lesser delta and see that the solution is converging.
