Error when attempting to run Fluent after installing version 2021r1

We have an Academic Cluster license, and when running Ansys Fluent 2021 R1, I get a licensing error:

Build Time: Nov 20 2020 15:50:02 EST Build Id: 10179

ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:Failover feature 'CFD Solver - Level 3' is not available.

Request name cfd_solve_level3 does not exist in the licensing pool.

No such feature exists.

Feature: cfd_solve_level3

License path: [email protected]<servername>;

FlexNet Licensing error:-5,147


Why am I getting this error? Older Fluent versions seem to still be ok.

    Hello,

    Can you check to see if your license file contains the cfd_solve licenses as well as make sure the license server is updated to the latest version please? We have made changes to CFD licensing starting last year. Your latest license file should have these cfd_solve licenses, and you will also need an updated license server.
