How to create time varying material property

Hello,

I want to model a material whose relative permittivity varies over time. Do you know if this is possible with HFSS?

I also saw that we could access the intrinsic variables of HFSS and in particular the variable "Time". However, after an analysis, I cannot display the variable "Time". Could you explain to me how to display the values of "Time" ?

If it's really impossible to do these things with HFSS, could you suggest some other software?
