Methods for improving the mesh of a thin slice of a nozzle.
I am trying to model heat transfer in a CD nozzle. Due to only having the academic version of Ansys, I am modelling a 20-degree slice and using symmetry conditions.
However, I am struggling to get an adequate mesh, within the cell limits of the academic version. The main areas of concern are along the central axis of the slice and in the inflation layers.
I don't have much experience with meshing and at the moment I have just played around with body sizing and edge sizings.
Could anyone recommend any strategies to improve the mesh quality in these areas?
