Lumerical simulation for a single wavelength
Hi Lumerical Support team,
I would like to simulate the intensity pattern under a colloidal nanosphere hexagonal array. For our experiment, we use a 325nm laser for the exposure of the photoresist, so I set the max and min wavelength of the light source is 325 nm. However, in the figure of spectrum vs wavelength, the range of the light source is from 292nm to 365nm.
Therefore, how can I solve this situation? Should l increase the pulselength? Or what is the standard procedure to set up a simulation for a single wavelength light source in Lumerical?
