I am trying to define and initial pressure for HSFLD242 in Ansys workbench , but I can’t figure out how

The following link indicates the use of IC command to define initial conditions:

that’s the guide I had followed to model the water, unfortunately in that example they don’t use any initial condition I believe.
Please see the following text on the page:
“You can define the initial state of the hydrostatic fluid by defining initial pressure (input via the IC command with Lab = HDSP) at the pressure node.” Use of the D command to apply pressure, rather than the IC command, holds it at a stated value that does not automatically change as a container flexes.
I have tried using the IC function it doesn’t seem to produce the correct output however using D works but it is not the function I need.
I have attached a picture of my command
So when I apply 1000Pa the initial hdsp seems to be something completely different but works with command D
