dipole source - transmission and reflection monitors

I would like to ask a question about a dipole source in Lumerical FDTD.

In my model I am using a Coplanar Waveguide configuration similar to this link (Coplanar Waveguide Transmission Line example).

What I would like to do is to replace the ports with a dipole source and add Transmission and Reflection monitors. My aim is to measure the coupling of the dipole source into the CPW mode.

I tried to do that but the results I get from the monitors are not reasonable. They diverge. Any ideas, suggestions?

    I guess the unreaonable results are due to diverging. So the first step is to fix the diverging issue. Please refer this post: Ansys Insight:

    Most likely it is due to PML not sufficiently thick, or (and) dipole is too close to PML, so its large angle radiation cannot be handled properly by PML. You may need to increase this distance, use more layers, and Steep Angle PML. Since you only need to get the excitation of the modes, the waveguide can have very small section inside the simulation region.
