Plot XY solution options

I have a cylinder with its orgin at the center and the x and z direction going outward while the y direction points up (normal to surface). Im injecting fluid from the bottom of the cylinder to the top of the cylinder. I want to plot different things such as velocity magnitude, shear stress, volume fraction going from the inlet to the outlet of the cylinder. What options should I choose for plot direction and surface? I have a midcut going through the cylinder if that is helpful.

    This is definitely the direction that I would like to work towards. Question, the line surface that you created would only reflect what is happening at the center of the cylinder correct? If I wanted to know what is happening through the entire cylinder surface from the bottom to the top, is there a good method for plotting this that would still give a single line plot? Or should I just do several straight lines going from the inlet to the outlet at different areas along the cylinder? Thank you for your help!

    as i understand suppose you have following isosurfaces or cross sections at different locations. 

    then you can calculate surface integrals for each cross section

    or

    you can create reports and save report file.
