I would like to plot a graph of stresses in x, y, and z direction vs depth respectively for the whole geometry as shown in figure. Any ideas how?

Hi. I have yes. But I was looking at analysing the average changing stress over an area rather than along a path.
Something like surface results as follows?

I want the a stress vs depth analysis of the bodies shown in green and blue. But unless its a path, I cannot seem to get information of stress vs depth of the specimen because for surface and body ANSYS provides stress vs time. I want to know how the normal stress in the x-axis direction for the blue and green bodies is changing with increasing depth from the surface.
